i happened to realize tonite that i’ve eaten chicken and dumplins for 3 days straight. wow…. i don’t think that constitutes an addiction, but its definitely meeting some deep-seated emotional need! i’m also slowly chiseling away at a large batch of my original homemade “Bubba’s Salsa” — inspired by the nearly-all-the-time-too-spicy salsa from Bubba Garcia’s down in St. Simons Island.
So……is there something desperately wrong with my soul if i have clung this tightly to soul food for the past 72 hours?
