**for those who are prayin’, an update: we may have significantly great news about my sis-in-law’s condition… we’ll know more for sure later today… so i hope to give the news tomorrow! thanks for prayin’ y’all!!!**
alright… i’ve been tagged (by angie @ littlestepsoffaith, but it fits with the theme of laughs this week. so we’re gonna go with it – on one condition: you leave a comment telling me something that makes YOU smile. K?
k.
Things That Make Me Smile [insert official sounding announcement music here] and i don’t know how many i’m to put on this list, so i’m going with 10:
- talking to my two-yr-old nephew on the phone
- my husband – pretty much ALL the time – he LOVES to make me smile… and he’ll go to great lengths to cheer me up at times… (everyone say “aaawwwwwww…….”)

- any episode of the Cosby Show
- kittens
- seeing kristiapplesauce‘s name in my comments’ list – because its always gonna be something funny… well, almost always. he he!
- awkward young teenage grocery bagging boys at the grocery store (and i don’t know why it makes me smile!)
- babies. all of them. any of them. just babies
- boomama
- beth moore when she gets all fired up about something, you know, going on one of her soap box rants about something, and she starts brushing her bangs out of the way so she can maintain more intense and uninterrupted eye contact as she’s yellin’ at you!…. THAT makes me smile – even though usually she’s totally preachin’ hard about something that i need to change in my life! ouch…………
alright, your turn – you can at least share one!

My hubbies sheepish grin when he has been caught doing something nice for me.
Oh my goodness…that is so cute slgb65!
When a non believer begins recognizing that God is in fact who He says He is!
The way my son comes in after school — every day — and tries to startle me by sneaking up on me and shouting, “Hulloooooooooooooooooo, MAMA!!” I’ve come to look forward to that each day so much! LOL.
Being tackled in a HUGE hug by one of my kids…sometimes knocking me over (from a sitting position). They’re strong little people!
Old people.
I love the Cosby show too!
What makes me smile most is when my boys randomly hug or do something nice for eachother:D Hope your doing well! I have been MIA for some time now! Are you going to the Siesta Fiesta?
Blessings,
Suzi
I’m smiling at Shelly being all coy about her boy…:))
I am SO glad someone else can appreciate the Cosby Show as much as I do! It is TIMELESS!
Didn’t you love the anniversary shows the best? You know, the ones where they put on the little shows for Cliff’s parents?!
Hey Mandy! I’m getting ready to place an order for siesta t-shirts in a couple of days. Do you and Shelly still want shirts? Email me and let me know.
Love,
Patty

I like the new graphic swirlies on your site.
The Cosby Show was a staple of my teen years. I couldn’t wait for Thursday Nights at 8 p.m. One of the things that makes me laugh is dinner time with my family. They always have entertaining things to share about their day.
1) The Cosby Show …. still
2) Beth in the same form
3) Dancing
4) Kids and babies
5) The song games my sister and I play with each other
6) Couch talks
7) Girl, girl, girl
8) Embarrassing moments
9) Rainbows
10) Hugs
That comment may not have sounded right. I like and love my in-laws. Just dont like the WORD in-laws so I prefer to call them my in-loves
