Okay here’s the recipe- no charge I love ya!!
2 medium cut in ½-inch dice - Mangoes
2, stemmed, seeded and chopped - Jalapeno peppers
1/3 to ½ cup- Finely chopped cilantro leaves
3 Tbsp - Fresh squeezed lime juice
2 Tbsp - Fresh squeezed orange juice
1 small - Red bell pepper diced
1 small- Red onion, diced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl; gently fold together until evenly mixed. Refrigerate overnight. The hotter you want the more peppers.
My son also puts in chunked cucumber too.

Brandy // August 17, 2008 at 3:09 pm
He makes a good point. Dry water would not be good to drink.
annie // August 18, 2008 at 2:31 pm
haha. “water is clear.” That is so something I would say. Hubby’s response would have been different. He would have looked at me like I was an alien.
mandythompson // August 18, 2008 at 2:45 pm
Annie: you know, i probably could’ve clarified that i’m thankful for clear water because it’s easier to make sure we’re not drinking in junk & gunk & dirt & such. we can see the impurities floating around because it’s see through!
