  1. [ mandy, come to the blog...my friend replied to a letter i wrote, and she came back very philosophical, so I posted her response. I want to write back clearly...]

  2. for some reason, i just really love seeing that color on your blog (that awesome reddish orange). yes, yes i do.

and i’m going to be contemplating this. i don’t want to write something about poverty just for the sake of writing it… but i love the idea, and feel i have much i COULD say, i just need to narrow down what i SHOULD say…

  3. LSOF: Will try to get there today!

Al: I think your perspective would be fresh – new – interesting. You’d offer something to the conversation that not many would offer. I’m just sayin’

  4. can i tell you something; last night i did something (which i won’t talk about b/c it will be what i write about) which made me sick to my stomach about how much we in America HAVE. I thought about how i wanted to post on it but didn’t really know how.

so i signed up. i’m going to write my post today while it is all fresh and set it to post on 10/15. thanks for the point to the site.

  5. I just registered. Thanks for providing the link. The only problem I had is where they asked what my blog was about. I post about everything.

I think every one in our community of bloggers has written post about poverty.

I am not sure that it is important how articulate we are when we write about poverty. What is important is keeping the problem of poverty in the forefront of public dialogue.
