Cell Phone or Internet Access??
That was a tough one.
With out my cell, at least I would not be interrupted with tech support calls via my family.
Just kidding I love to be able to help, especially my family. If you can’t help family, who can you help?
Right?
I wanted to do a post like this, just for fun. Wanted to have a multiple choice survey embedded, but couldn’t… So I had to come up with a mysterious and enticing way to get y’all involved. So I made that cute button in the hopes that curiosity would win out.
So far, it’s won over about 25 of y’all.
Heidi, it’s leading to involvement… You know me, I usually have some mysterious reason for everything. I’ll think on it and see if I can come up with some zany application or something.
The results will come for sure - probably tomorrow morning. How’s that for follow-through, Gitz??
JR: Well… Um… I don’t know how to answer your question about my question.
Let’s go with literally. Yeah. Ok. Literally. That sounds good. That’s my final answer.
i have no idea if you used it properly, either butcha sure sounded smart.
and…honestly….i don’t know why it made a difference, either, but somehow i just felt morally obligated to know whether or not i would have “two left feet” and be cursed with perpetual clumsiness and inability to get jiggy wit it….or if i would just have two left feet. because special shoes could get expensive.
It’s seriously in the 80’s today, totally beautiful. I’m sorry…
But ya know something? I pay out of my NOSE for this weather.
I so wish to wear a scarf and fluffy mittens again, oh and UG boots. I would love to feel the crispness in the air and the smell of wood burning stoves. It’s a week away from turkey day and I’m not even in the mood. I am still in flipflops and clogs and shorts!!!
H: I think I’d rather do flipflops year round than scarves… PS: I’ve got a few more “childhood” posts coming, since you mentioned a while back that I haven’t written much from that time in my life.
M0bile or net was easy. Who needs a mobile when you have the wwW, Facebook and Twit Ter?! The real corkers…peanut butter or marshmellow…YIKES! (What did you choose, @ngie?) and summer v winter. How on earth do I make a choice. That one took me 10 minutes all by itself.

Uhmmm… I feel incredibly incomplete. Shouldn’t it… maybe… tell us something? Like what the answers say about us?
Or … something?
[can you tell I like things to serve a purpose?]

I’ve already got the two left feet thing down.

Was this some kind of test to see how many people will answer dumb questions? Wait don’t answer that.

It’s all a part of my master scheme.
Just kidding.
Ed: YES! It actually was!

the toughest question was the peanut-butter marshmallow one
mandythompson // November 19, 2008 at 8:03 am
That was also the hardest one to make up. whew
OK! So. I changed the little exit message to say something like:
“YOU PASSED! You’re awesome for hitting that button. Results will come tomorrow morning.”
How’s that? Better?
kristiapplesauce // November 19, 2008 at 8:51 am
Your moms a rock star.

umm….so, question numero 4…
figuratively?
or, like….literally?
cuz that seriously affects my answer.

well there ya go.
two left feet it is.
mandythompson // November 19, 2008 at 9:30 am
Whew. Ok. Good. Because that was stressing me out.
mandythompson // November 19, 2008 at 9:31 am
And I’m still not sure why that would make some empirical difference in your answer.
mandythompson // November 19, 2008 at 9:32 am
Nor am I sure what “empirical” means or if I used it properly.
mandythompson // November 19, 2008 at 9:36 am
This has suddenly turned into a one-woman chat room. Who knows why!
Ok. I’m going to Starbucks. Will check back later.

Would You Rather is my favorite car game. It’s very entertaining!
mandythompson // November 19, 2008 at 12:12 pm
H: That “Ha!” at the end? Totally unnecessary! Totally…
JR: Well… I do what I can to make a difference.
Becky: OH FUN! YAY for entertainment.

That was fun…..can’t wait to see what you have up your sleeve with this one!
L // November 19, 2008 at 1:49 pm
I’d also say ‘cell or net’ was the hard question.
Button-links are scary. You never know WHERE you’re going to end up.
mandythompson // November 19, 2008 at 1:53 pm
L: I’m just impressed that so many of you were crazy enough to push the button!
As for the internet/cell thing… More coming on that in a few seconds. yeah. That was an interesting little question.
Heidi // November 19, 2008 at 2:09 pm
I’ll be waiting with my cup of tea…
danielle // November 19, 2008 at 11:31 pm
good questions.
