Yes, I fall in this category 110%… sometimes

procrastinating is an art now, did you know that??

  2. 2008 December 3

    are you spying on me?

  3. 2008 December 3

    H: Yes!

    Al: Yes! I mean… No. I mean. Huh? Hi…

  4. 2008 December 3

Personally, i cannot relate to this way of thinking at ALL!!!!

    ‘Sometimes’ ?????

Nope – thought i had it for a minit there…

but my mind just gave up on it. ;-)

  6. 2008 December 3

    hey…how’d you do that?

  7. 2008 December 3

Yep…..got me on that one. Although sometimes I feel entitled to be lazy….especially after a really hectic or crazy period in my life. Like right now…..when period is over, I am going to be one lazy person…….just of matter of when this is going to be over!

  8. 2008 December 3

Okay I really could have used a different word like season…..oh well…..brain is already fried and it is only Wednesday!

  9. 2008 December 3

Love: You not lazy? ah huh…

Holly: MAGIC! A magician never reveals her secrets…

Ramsey: WOW. Yeah, season would’ve been much more appropriate, but period works as well. 51% of the population would agree with you on that one!

  10. 2008 December 3

    Russ: No. Not you!!!

  11. 2008 December 3

LOL….. yes definitely lazy in the winter.

  12. 2008 December 3

    yes…definitely lazy in the summer.

  13. 2008 December 3

Not lazy. Just late. Today anyway.

But I have permission from God to be lazy one day a week. Every week. Can’t argue with that!

Does sitting at the beach with my eyes closed soaking in the sun and the smell of the ocean count as being lazy?

I think of it as the very important task of recharging my life batteries. :)

Lazy to me means avoiding some work that needs to be done. Since I am retired I can’t describe the things I do as “work”, so my “occasional” lack of physical activity should not be considered being lazy. At least that’s my story and I am sticking to it.

  15. 2008 December 3

Ed: I’ve faced enough burnout in life to know that resting can be some of the most tedious work known to us overachievers. Some of us have to work at resting, so I wouldn’t call that lazy at all…

  16. 2008 December 3

Sorry, I don’t have much time for this, gotta go, its nap time.

  17. 2008 December 3

Its my 2nd nap of the day – I had to check my blog in between, now I am tired again.

  18. 2008 December 3

    yeah-uh-huh

  19. 2008 December 3

    So much for subtlety…

(Makes 2nd attempt for connection which is coming exceptionally close to what seems like hard work now and beyond my abilities.)

I was pointing out the superflousness of your word ’sometimes’ in my case…

    With me now?

Do try hard to catch up – unless you are having one of those times. :-)

  20. 2008 December 3

If I was REALLY lazy I wouldn’t make the effort to comment :)

  21. 2008 December 3

HA, quite often I’m too lazy to shave my face, doubt thats on the same level though

Note: The words weren’t hidden b/c of my RSS browser A.K.A. Apple Mail

  22. 2008 December 4

    …to shave my legs.

Well actually I just choose not to shave them at all.

    You should try it :)

  23. 2008 December 4

see … the Reader shows up the whole first line. So … the Reader snitched on you. :)

… wake up (for me). although yours works too.

  24. 2008 December 4

sometimes… I feel lazy all the time

  25. 2008 December 4

Papa! How many naps do you take every day??

Annie & Zachary: sigh. I know… A girl can only do so much to make the blog fun… Then rss goes and spoils it.

Brent: not a WORD out of you!

  26. 2008 December 4

    What’s a “Reader?”

Don’t you do your own reading…? Just how in the heck can someone or something else read FOR you?

I mean, I’ve read TO people. Girlfriends (way back whenever).

And my neices and nephews (when they were toddlers).

And maybe I’ve read FOR people at church. Like the police officer who couldn’t get that particular Sunday off.

But how in world does a computer reader read FOR you…? And why would you want a computer reader to read FOR you if, as Annie said, it screws things up for…the writer…?

Why does Annie want to wake up? She’s already awake. She’s typing. She has to be awake, right…?

    My brain hurts.

  27. 2008 December 4

Nor: LOL!!! You need to be getting more sleep, sir.

Readers = programs some internet junkies use online to keep up with others’ blogs.

Every blog publishes it’s content automatically, sending it out like radio waves through the http://www... We don’t have to go to the particular blog to read the content, we can use a reader to collect it all for us. We can “subscribe” to the blog, and the reader will gather it all in one location.
    See: google.com/reader
    or: bloglines.com
    These are two popular readers.

Oh. And poor Annie is too lazy to wake up. Bless her heart.

  28. 2008 December 4

only in the winter! there’s just something unnecessary about it.

  29. 2008 December 4

p.s. i feel like your stalker lately! it’s truuuuue.

  30. 2008 December 5

    Mandy:

I think you’re right. I DO need to be getting more sleep.

    Starting. NOW.

  31. 2008 December 6

I’m confused about the title of this post. Seriously. I stared at the two lines looking for a hidden word. That was the other day. Now here I am again and still can’t make sense of it.

    no joke.

  32. 2008 December 7

    sometimes I’m too critical
