Nope. Don’t have nights like yours. I am blessed with wonderful, life giving, peaceful sleep. And I am deeply grateful. Of course, if Santa gives me wish #2, that ain’t gonna last.

But…the music in the background. Yup – I live with that continually.

@mandy – do you find that God is talking to you through the lyrics of the music and sometimes the music itself?

Yes! – like, but not exactly the same – chinese food likes me and it’s mutual.

Some of my most inspiring thoughts derive from such nights though!

Learn to let your mind wander as it will from time to time and observe carefully, rather than try to control it, is my recommendation
