Just! in days gone by the best way i had was to jump on my pushbike and ride along miles of riverside bikepaths. Chocolate has been a lifelong source of consolation. if all else fails – Bed. ( not a very helpful solution – merely gives one ‘space’ and time to ‘recover enough to face what the real issue is). God talks to us best in our sleep sometimes when the rest of the world (mostly) just shuts up. <B Reply ↓
