  1. weekends are for all the things you can’t do doing the week- resting, playing, resting…. did I say that already? haha. I must be ready for the weekend!

With no restrictions, I’d say weekends are for traveling adventures :)

  2. ramsey72 says:

Sitting on a deserted island somewhere in the Caribbean drinking Pina Colada’s brought to me by a really hot cabana boy!

  3. anna says:

soaking up the sun in the bahamas while reading a good book and hanging out with my best friend.

  4. Kelli says:

I’d love to spend the weekend at a spa resort with my hubby. Relaxing, laughing, massages. That would be perfect! Do you have a magic wand? : )

  5. I’m gonna sit beside Ram & Anna this weekend!!!
    Oh.
And can we also say that this will be declared NO SUNBURN weekend, by some strange atmospheric pressure thing…?
The bad UV rays won’t get to us. oh no!!!

  6. Anita says:

Definitely up for two days on the beach right now. I don’t even care what I look like in my bathing suit.

  7. Heidi says:

An unending quiet warm beach with sand between my toes with my picnic basket with sushi and treats, long blanket and my new book sacred echo.

Not to forget: no husband, no kids, just me.

  8. ramsey72 says:

I totally agree about the no sunburn weekend….I am so white right now, I think I glow in the dark!!

  9. Mike Mahoney says:

Saturday… the beach on Caye Caulker, maybe some snorkling in the morning, lobster for dinner.

Sunday – Big Belizean barbeque followed by an awesome worship service.

  10. Marisa says:

    Red Sox in Ft. Myers.

Florida beaches and the Sox. :)

  11. Hutch says:

Sweet uninterrupted slumber. I could seriously go for two days full of quality sleep.

    Is that sad?

  12. Leigh Barlow says:

… being with the girlfriend in New York.

    (I can only dream. :) )

  13. Hmmm… I’m thinking a blogger’s beach weekend is in high demand! See y’all on the sandy shore!!! :)

  14. Becca says:

Go swimming outside in 85 degree weather.
    And plenty of nap time.

  15. teri says:

    I can’t choose just one.

A romantic trip to the Greek Islands with my husband.
A fun filled few days in NYC (Spring or summer) with my best girlfriends.
Some beach, somewhere. (Any place HOT right now!)

  16. Who’s bringing the Pina Coladas? ;)

  17. ramsey72 says:

All this talk about beaches and Pina Colada’s is making me thirsty……glad work is over :)

  18. Dan says:

buying a car and getting ahead on school work… i’m boring

  19. Marisa says:

Do we get one for each hand? :)

  20. This weekend right now I’d rather have been able to spend recording the song thingy that’s in my head and partially on paper and in the Mac…

Instead I’ve had lots of church ‘things’ to do that I’d kinda forgotten about…so it’s my fault anyway – ah well

  21. But I did get to a beach today for a picnic. It was a harbour beach as opposed to an ocean beach, but still v.v.v.good day for it :)

  22. misterzig says:

Oh man – I’ve thought of this many times! I’d like 2 days with my guitar, a huge stadium, and the freedom to rockout with my friends on that kinda stage, with that kinda equipment for 2 days straight! so awesome… I don’t care if the stadium is empty, but just to plug into a big system like that and hear my guitar cry out… I would even just sleep on the stage when I got tired, then keep playing when i wake up :)

  23. You know I love my little girl so very much…but it would be nice to have a whole weekend with my husband, just the two of us! Not that it would be all lovey-dovey…I’m pretty sure we’d spend a lot of time watching TV or movies and just hanging out. No kid, no computer, no chores, no grocery store – just us hanging.

  24. Louise says:

I just had one half of a pretty great weekend. I think I’ll take what I’ve got. Thanks!

Great weather. A walk on the beach with the dogs this morning. Saw dolphins. Spent time with true friends. Got some stuff done.

    Yup. It’s all good.

  25. gitz says:

    no limits on anything?

i’d fly everyone i’ve ever wanted to meet, and everyone i miss, to an island that was just for us. those who need some quiet could have their own section of the beach, those who are social could dance to their hearts content, those who need one-on-one conversations could have little fireside chats and I could watch everyone be happy and content and at peace.

And then I would sing and dance. Just for the hell of it.

  26. Anna says:

I would love to go to Hawaii to a spa and just relax… I really could use some down time… And I wouldn’t mind my hubby beside me.

  27. mandy says:

With hubs & kids on the beach Cabo. Drinking Peach Comfort’s & eating beans & eggs for breakfast.

  28. Gitz: THAT is awesome! Dance, girl, dance!!!

One Mojito, please. After the margarita. (I do have my limits.)

  29. What’s a mojito? Blogger weekend fosho!!!!

  30. Cindy Beall says:

    Spa treatments.

    Thankyousokindly.

  31. alece says:

…nothing in fiji with a friend.

  32. tracy says:

On a warm…HOT beach, with my HOT husband and possibly even my family….for 2 days of NOTHING!
