Everybody has a dark side:
- I can be mean. And by mean, I’m talking REALLY mean.
- Jealousy. It rears it’s ugly head in my life when I’m feeling insecure.
- “Controlling” should’ve been my middle name. Just ask my husband.
- I’m an addict. I can become addicted to nearly anything. Currently? Food.
Do you have a dark side?
1. I am bossy. Sometimes even controlling. And watch out if I don’t get my way.
2. I am insecure. As in, fall to the floor sobbing if you say something that just might possibly mean you don’t approve of 100% of me.
3. I can be very sarcastic. And I mean the hateful kind of sarcasm intended to pierce.
Ugh. Or, should I say, UGLY.
oh yes, but well you know my dark side so i won’t be sharing that here in the comment section.
so here’s another one…
i can use my words very well to cut someone up, down, and scatter to the winds. oh yes. i hardly do that anymore, but once upon a time…
At eighteen I tried to kill myself.
At 24, in Viet Nam, I tried to kill people, shot at them. no idea if I acually hit anyone. I enjoyed the adrenaline rush of combat.
Yes I have a dark side.
Anyone who says they don’t have a truly Dark Side – is either lying to themselves and everyone else… or they have been very fortunate enough to not yet find themselves in the place where it ‘comes out’ to ‘play’. It will – one day.
We are unable to rise up until we have first fallen way down.
Do i have one? – No! – i’m perrfekt!
i’m not looking forward with anticipation and longing for ‘that’ day though…
On a diff’rent ‘note’ i heard Eric Bibb singing Diamond Days on TV last night and thought of your blues song.

Working overnight and watching my son during the day has left me burnt out and without sleep. I know I’ve been more easily agitated and mean.
I have a temper
I jump to conclusions. It should be my welcome mat. (thank you, Office Space. Haha.)
Numbers 1 through 3. Me.
And also….I have a temper. Hot-headed, I is.
We should be IRL friends. Where do you live, again? I’ll put it on our list of places to look for a job!
it’s so true.
um…texas? big hair, big trucks, big dr. peppers.
you could’ve written this about me.
