[insert WW logo here - but I don't have time to go finding the link & all]

How can November be half over?

(Ignore that question. Just general randomandyness.)

I think I skipped a WW last week. Sorry. Blame it on the house madness.

Last time’s question. Hmm… Let’s see. It was from the beautiful and funny and talented and married (sorry guys) JR:

Q: do you burp silently or out loud like a big snarly bear-man?

A: no

Ok. Now, let’s get started with THIS week! How do we play? well, you answer the last question and ask the next question, then the person after you answers your question and asks another question, and you can return again and again and again. And don’t be afraid of the chaos that sometimes ensues. It’s normal (for us).

Starting question: How can November be half over?

Go.

  1. Thanksgiving has really really really sneaked up on me this year. I still feel like it’s, oh, August, or something. I have no idea what has happened. I barely remember youth football season happening. So. My answer is useless.

  2. Bernard! Nard-Dog! Bernie! B! There’s no question, dude. (And no answer, for that matter.)

It’s almost over because this year is cRa$y. What’s you favorite flavor of Christmas ice cream?

  3. you know.. like holiday flavors? candy cane? peppermint stick? egg nog? snow cream?

    mmm… snow cream.

    A: i’m a scrooge-ette. i hate them all.

Q: what’s your favorite thanksgiving thing? (teach me, wise ones.)

  4. (ooohhh. snow cream. I had the real thing once, a few winters ago. Didn’t like it much at all. sorry!)

A: Remembering to be Thankful. I’m not a fan of the food, really. But I am a HUGE fan of the spirit behind the day. I think it’s important. I also think it’s ironic that we celebrate a day in our nation’s history when we were “at peace” with the natives, even though the reality of the story is quite the opposite. We just forget what “we” did to Native Americans. As if it didn’t happen… But that’s not even the question you’re asking, is it?

    Q: Favorite thanksgiving food?

  5. Q: What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever eaten on Thanksgiving?

a compete dinner from my cooking light cookbook. it didnt taste…welcoming. no fat, no gravy, no sweetness. bad idea, really.

Q: do you take the first empty spot you see in a parking lot? or do you drive around and wait for the closest to open up?

(i know thats two questions, but i dont care)

  6. A: Sunday, hands down. I get to meet with the rest of the church in a large gathering, sing/lead songs of praise to God, and draw encouragement from God’s word and other believers. Then I get the rest of the day off to have fun with my wife and kids. What’s not to love?

Q: what’s your favorite Sunday afternoon activity?

  7. it doesnt segregate itself. recognizes it is a small part of the big picture. not the only part of it.

Q: when the last time you laughed at yourself?

  8. Q: one piece or two piece bathing suit? guys…this SHOULD be an easy Q for you

    A: One piece for sure…

Q: What is your favorite part of being married (if you are married) or single ( if you are single)?

  9. A: A long long time ago. ;) Seriously – like when I was in 5th Grade. Luke Douglas. He was my boyfriend. Stole a kiss when we were standing on the steps of our school, when school got out. I was mortified!

Q: What’s the last movie you saw in the theatre?

  10. A: Depends on who I’m talking to.

Q: When I’m watching a Bond movie, why do I spend 1/3 of the time asking Drew what’s going on? I’m an intelligent person, but I just don’t get it…

  11. A: do you want an answer about the movie or your intelligence? (this is my answer)

Q: when on the phone with a close friend, do you ever go pee while talking?

  12. A: Oh good question. In times past, I had more posts than I knew what to do with… Now, not so much. I think I’m becoming less introspective, actually. But I’ve got some good stuff to share in the near future. And I’m eager to get on that. I really am. But, right now? I wade through. I don’t even know if I’m answering your question!

Q: Some people have a favorite day of the week or of the year… Do you? What is it?

  13. A: hmm…. favourite day of the week? Probably Saturday… it’s the most hectic, but it’s when I meet with my church family. Of the year? Any bank holiday, baby!

Q: I think I remember this from Tam’s blog – Boxers or Briefs lol made me laugh so I’ll ask it anyway – Boxers/Briefs/Commando? lolol
