Yes, there’s a melody, too. But it’s wacky. Surreal. And I don’t have my equipment set up (yet – see post below) to generously record it. So, well, all I can give you is a half a song worth of words:
I’m on the dark side of the earthlonging for lifeYou’re an exception to my solitudeYou’re everything so rightthose mass mistakes my own diseasenot collected not protected by timefor an extension of my everythingsurrounding lightMy own exceptionMy mass depressionyou areyou are
You know how sometimes songwriters will say that a song sorta took on it’s own form? It grabbed a hold of its own future and stepped forward? It knew all along where it wanted to go and the songwriter just followed?
That’s how I feel about this one.
So… Where do YOU think it’s going?

Not sure, but I’m loving the feel of the words so far.
I LOVE the first four lines. After that I’m a little confused, but like Joy Renee, I really like the feel of the words and am excited to see where the rest of the song goes. Hope you post the rest when it’s finished!
Glad I’m not the only one confused by this right now.
Thanks Ladies!!
