Prayer time devotional time at the Prayer Cottage – ride my bike there 1/4 mile.
by then it is 8AM and then mow camp lawn areas for 2 to 4 hours 3 days a week.
I wear noise reducing head gear – seriously. The wider the hind-end the less stress on the sitting – I won’t comment whether I think you’d do fine or not.
In the morning, I wake up precisely at 7(ish) and crank up my wake up playlist which may or may not include: Britt Nicole, Taio Cruz, Miley Cyrus (typing that one hurt a little, but I guess honesty is good ) and Group 1 Crew.
good point, tay.
music.
i should’ve mentioned that music, if possible, is typically a must with shower time. and said showers tend to be looonnnnng.
couple of my pretty-much-never-not-in-the-mood shower jams:
paramore- riot! cd
dashboard- the places that you’ve come to fear the most cd
shower:me::phone booth:superman
(it’s been a while since the s.a.t’s… not sure if i got that notation correct)
Get up way too early
Brew coffee
Open all the windows
Sit at the north seat of the kitchen table
Open laptop, open Bible, open notebook, uncap pen
Start Chrome (gmail, facebook, twitter)
Start LOGOS
Read, write, drink coffee
Receive strange, funny or inappropriate animated gif url from Josh in gchat
Get June Jett out of bed at 9am
Become human jungle gym until naptime at 1pm
Routine. Creatives need routine. And it doesn’t have to match anyone else’s. I guess I could say that I sit at the north-west corner of our kitchen…? but I wouldn’t. Because who talks like that? teehee
wake up at 6
shower, get dressed, make-up, hair
wake up the pumpkin
feed her breakfast
help her get dressed and fix her hair
drive to babysitter’s
drop off the pumpkin
drive to work/chat with my mom
work
wake up at 6ish
get myself ready for work
make a smoothie for breakfast
pack bags for little boys
pack my lunch
leave the house {yes, I get to leave before everyone else wakes up!}
starbucks drive thru
and I’m usually at my desk with my music cranked by 730
answer work emails, check twitter, photocopy everything I’ve thought up over night, chat with the girls who teach across the hall from me…
kids show up and expect me to teach them at 840!

Wow that’s a lot of sitting on a lawn-mower. I don’t know if my hind-end could take all that. Or if my ears could take the noise!
I wear noise reducing head gear – seriously. The wider the hind-end the less stress on the sitting – I won’t comment whether I think you’d do fine or not.
hahahaha!!!! Funny Papa!

Just so you know, the “ish” negated the “precisely.”
Oh. And I know the guy who used to be Britt Nicole’s keyboardist.
Kiss Jimmy, Wash face, start breakfast, morning smiles from Amelia Jane, change diaper, feed breakfast, eat breakfast, play time!
LOVE how you start your day!

BEAUTIFUL work with that analogy!
And, you’re a paramore fan? awesome! I think you’re going to dig the band’s music, then.
(And I know you just laughed at that.)

“North seat of the kitchen table” — who talks like that??
I was wondering the same thing. Haha!
Haha, I dunno! That’s where I sit. How else can I describe it?
And it’s really always and only that seat.

Wow you’re a rockstar mom!! That’s quite a list pre-730, if you ask me. I’m good to be awake. And I’m supposed to be at work at 8. yikes.
4:45 alarm
an hour of writing, tea, God, editing photos = my ONLY time to myself.
5:45 – wake up first kid… let the games begin
6:40 – off to work!!
BTW …. your corner is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO enticing and inviting!!
